Blink’s CEO and cofounder joins other prominent leaders for the opening keynote panel at the 4th annual conference in Santa Cruz.

UX research and design firm Blink is pleased to announce that CEO and cofounder Karen Clark Cole is joining the opening keynote panel for the International Leadership Association (ILA) Women and Leadership Conference. The conference is June 16-19, 2019, in Santa Cruz, CA.

Karen Clark Cole joins Cindy Pace, vice president, global chief diversity and inclusion officer at MetLife; Denise Raquel Dunning, founder and executive director of Rise Up; and Parminder Vir OBE, film producer and former CEO of The Tony Elumelu Foundation. The panel is moderated by Liza Howe-Walsh, senior lecturer in the Department of Organisation Studies at the University of Portsmouth in the U.K.

The panel features women at the top of their fields who will share insights from their experiences leading a variety of organizations. They will discuss how they each lead inside their organizations, manage stakeholder relations, contribute to the development of women leaders, and the ways their organizations work to benefit their local and global communities.
