Shindy Skaar

Shindy Skaar is the Director of Client Relations for Microsoft, based in Blink’s Seattle studio. Committed to building strong client relationships, she ensures that Blink’s research, strategy, and design engagements empower Microsoft to achieve its mission: to enable every person and organization on the planet to accomplish more.

Previously, during a decade at Microsoft, Shindy led high-impact initiatives across multiple divisions, including the Windows Business Group, Worldwide Education Marketing, and Microsoft 365 Modern Work Enterprise. She shaped the Microsoft 365 Modern Work Hybrid Work narrative for global Account Executives and served as a distinguished Future of Work presenter at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center, driving deal acceleration and executive engagement.

With over 20 years of experience in product and services sales and marketing, Shindy has consistently driven measurable revenue growth by aligning go-to-market strategies with customer needs and business challenges. As the former Chief Revenue Officer at Blink UX, an Mphasis company, she led the Sales and Marketing organizations, accelerating revenue growth and expanding market impact.

American and Canadian-born, Shindy holds an MBA from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in Sports Business and a BA from the University of Victoria.
