Experience prototypes can take many forms and fidelities depending on the concept being explored and whether it is a current or aspirational experience. For instance, an experience prototype of a physical space or environment may be a small-scale paper model, while a prototype of an organization's service touchpoints may consist of "walking in the customer's shoes" with real artifacts and props.

We've done this for healthcare clients, helping them understand their products in a clinical setting, created prototypes that simulate in-store experiences and even recreated a highway truck stop to understand pay at the pump scenarios.
