Head of HR
Kristina Knaus is the head of HR at Blink. She spends her day wearing several hats including team planning and recruitment strategy, employee development and training, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging. She loves working in a place where she is surrounded each day with smart, kind, and passionate people.
Kristina is a certified SHRM HR professional and has a deep interest in culture and people. She finds joy in creating an equitable and inclusive environment for employees to learn, grow, and thrive within. She works to build meaningful relationships with each and every Blinker and strives to lead with openness, empathy, and kindness in all her work.
In her spare time, Kristina can usually be found reading, planning her next trip, or eating at a yummy local establishment.

A recent NPR campaign asked Millennials to define themselves using single words — words like adventurer, optimist, eco-conscious, and activist were among the most popular ways we describe ourselves. These really resonate with me, and I can say without a doubt there is one thing Millennials care a lot about: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
