Nichole Kim

UX Researcher

Nichole Kim is a user researcher at the Seattle studio. She is passionate about working with people and making their lives better through understanding not only what they do, but why and how they do it. She loves research because it allows her to answer big questions by asking smaller questions.

Prior to Blink, she worked in various industries including biotechnology, education, and gaming as a user researcher. She also lived in Mongolia for six months where she led an academic research project focused on incorporating mobile technology and gamification elements into English language curriculum at public high schools. Nichole holds a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s in psychology from Stanford University.

When Nichole’s not talking with research participants or planning her clients’ projects, you can find her frolicking in all forms of nature, checking when her favorite musicians are hitting up Seattle, and exploring new and hip brunch places with her husband.
